  • Collaborating with external stakeholders: This may include contract negotiation, collaboration with industry partners, and working with contractors to coordinate repairs.
  • Ensuring compliance: Taking the necessary measures to fulfill regulatory and contractual duties while also fulfilling grant and incentive requirements.
  • Portfolio management: Oversees strategic acquisitions, expansions, and new energy investments on behalf of the asset owner.

Asset managers need to stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations while also maintaining a working knowledge of accounting, project management, and data analytics.
