MNOs need to replace manual inspection with software-based autonomous workflows leveraging off-the-shelf drones; adopt portfolio-scale digitization that provides a single source of truth; and proactively use AI and analytics to plan operations, maintenance, and upgrades. With that, they will be able to more easily and affordably scale infrastructure without increasing operational complexity.
